Phoenix Group was founded in 2016. The company specialises in property sourcing, development, renovation and management of commercial and residential projects across the South West. Currently the development portfolio value stands at £40m with imminent completion of our latest flagship projects Pembroke House (7 homes) and Phoenix Rise (6 homes).
Development of a further five constructions is underway for 2018. These include a luxurious waterfront mixed commercial and residential site (42 homes & 2 commercial spaces), a large student accommodation site in Fishponds (35 studio flats and 6 commercial spaces) and three new build sites in Keynsham and Bedminster (16 new homes). Estimated Sales value on completion of these sites stands circa 20m.
